HIIT

 

High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise.

 

With a distinct and unique format, we incorporate “MASH UP” moves which work multiple muscle groups using light weights, if any at all. While adding in Cardio bursts between “MASH UP” moves, the target max heart is aimed to be at 90% which will allow Your Metabolic Rate to be Higher for Hours After Exercise.

This class can be done with or without the following props:

Yoga mat

Light weights

Core/Cardio

 

Our Core/Cardio classes focus helping to you build strength in your core and overall endurance. Our experienced instructors will lead you through a variety of exercises designed to target both muscle groups, helping you get the most out of your workout. With our Core/Cardio service, you'll be well on your way to a stronger, healthier you.

This class can be done without props.

Booty Bands

 

Our Booty Band classes are designed to stimulate legs, glutes and hips with emphasis on your core. This class is a different way to train your lower body with resistance coming from the bands rather than a weight. The resistance is controlled by the intensity of the band you use (example: Light, Medium, Heavy)

 

This class can be done with or without the following props:

Upper/Lower Body Conditioning

 

Our Conditioning classes focus on one major muscle group at a time. While lifting weights this Conditioning workout will trim fat and increase muscle tone as the focus is slow and controlled movements. 

This class can be done with or without the following props:

Yoga

 

Our yoga classes are designed to build strength and promote flexibility while creating alignment as well as elongating the joints and opening the muscles through internal and external rotation.  Guided movement through breathe and flows which include balance help to clear and calm the mind, and gain focus.  

This class can be done with or without the following props:

Strength Training

 

Our Strength Training class is a BARBELL inspired class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. This class will focus on high repetition movements, targeting each muscle group and will help you achieve strength while introducing lean body muscle. Combining static aerobic movements that will allow you to push your body limits while gaining strength and allowing a 24 hour after burn to kick in, cardio heart pump without the impact

 

This class can be done with or without the following props:

Cardio Kickboxing

 

Our Cardio Kickboxing class is a workout that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. It is a great way to burn calories, build strength, and improve balance and agility. This class is designed to challenge all fitness levels and will leave you feeling energized and empowered.

This class can be done without props.

Pilates with Weights

 

Our Pilates classes are performed on a floor mat.  They consist of repetitive exercises that focus on strengthening your entire body, with an emphasis on core strength.  This class is low impact, and promotes physical conditioning, creating long strong muscles, good posture, and can enhance weight loss.  Attending regularly can tone muscles, and relieve stress and tension.

Pilates Ball

Total Body Conditioning

Our Barre Fusion class is a workout with and without a ballet barre (or chair).  This class will get your heart pumping and will help you build and strengthen your muscles, improve your core strength, posture, and create a lean and toned body.  Barre fusion focuses on high reps of small range movements and static holds with and without weights.

This class can be done with or without the following props:

1-7 pound weights

Resistance bands
