What equipment do I need?

I have had many participants start with very light hand weights to actually starting with none. I do encourage focusing on your time (which I will guide throughout the classes) then adding weight as you continue. However, if you’d like to join and begins using weights each class will require different “equipment”.  Click the “CLASSES” at the top of the screen to read the full description and suggested equipment.

Can I join if I’ve never worked out before?

You ABSOLUTELY can!!! If there is any type of medical condition that has prevented you from exercising then I would advise speaking with your doctor before joining as the waiver will ask medical questions


How many classes a week should I do?

I generally recommend 3-4 classes a week, depending on what your goals are. However, if you’ve worked up to more than 4 I strongly recommend rest days as they are just as important as your workout days.

Can I join at any time?

ABSOLUTELY!! This is NOT a 21 day challenge. This is a join us and get ready for a lifestyle change, of pushing limits and getting stronger mind and body. Please remember that in order to achieve any goals mind and body you must be willing to put in the work. Commitment to any program whether that’s 3, 4 or even 5 classes is what will drive your success. 

How do I join?

It’s as simple as clicking the “JOIN” tab at the top of the screen. A waiver MUST BE FILLED out before any member is allowed to participate in LIVE or RECORDED classes. 

How do I cancel my membership?

If you would like to cancel your membership, please send me an email to hello@strongerwithluisa.com and your membership will be cancelled within one (1) week with a confirmation email. Upon cancelling, you will have access to the remaining days in your billing cycle but you will not be billed for any additional months.

Why are rest days important?

Resting your body is just as important as working out because a rest day is an equal part of the total process required to build strength, endurance, and muscle. 

Do I have to show myself on the LIVE classes?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! When jumping on to a LIVE class you have the option of being visible or to have your screen “blacked out”. Also please note that recorded classes will also only record me.

Do I have to commit to a year?

No you do not. You will be added to our monthly membership of $59 and can cancel at any time. You will be charged for the entire month from date of cancellation and please note there are no refunds for the monthly memberships.
