High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise.

With a distinct and unique format, we incorporate “MASH UP” moves which work multiple muscle groups using light weights, if any at all. While adding in Cardio bursts between “MASH UP” moves, the target max heart is aimed to be at 90% which will allow Your Metabolic Rate to be Higher for Hours After Exercise.
Recover periods are taken on an individual need and preference during the HIIT portion of the class, and are strongly advised. HIIT it up with us, and find out why smiling and sweating is what makes my heart smile.

CONDITIONING is how we reference exercises that increases your strength with focus on working one major muscle group at a time, bringing in speed, and having “Active Recovery” with moves that target your core.12 min circuits Conditioning workouts can trim fat, increase muscle tone while gaining strength. We separate “Lower Body” and “Upper Body” while bringing on a short cardio burst and working our core. Breaks are given at the end of every circuit to allow your mind and body to reset for what is next.

STRENGTH TRAINING is a BARBELL inspired class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. This class will focus on high repetition movements with low weight loads, targeting each muscle group giving you a TOTAL BODY workout.

This will help you achieve strength and introduce lean body muscle conditioning. Combining static aerobic movements that will allow you to push your body limits while gaining strength and allowing a 24 hour after burn to kick in, cardio heart pump without the impact.
The Cardio Kickboxing class is lead by Joe Taccone and leads the class through a blending of mixed martial arts-style movements, conditioning, and core work paired with fast paced music to burn calories and build lean muscle. Suitable for any fitness level, with low to high intensity options for you to choose to maximize your results with the program.
Cardio helps to burn calories while exercising, and strength training helps your body burn calories after the workout is over. Grab your water bottle and towel then get ready to kick the stress out of your day!

Our one hour yoga classes is lead by our instructor Vicky Kalonomos The yoga classes are designed to build strength and promote flexibility while creating alignment as well as elongating the joints and opening the muscles through internal and external rotation. Guided meditation through breathe and flows which include balance help to clear and calm the mind, and gain focus.
